Northwest Fit Meals – Fresh, Healthy, and Convenient Meal Prep in Everett, WA

I recently tried North West Fit Meals and was blown away by how incredible the food and service were. The meals are fresh and perfectly portioned, making it easy to stick to my nutrition. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The time it’s saved me and my family is incredible. If you're looking for tasty, healthy meals, I highly recommend North West Fit Meals! I wish I had found them earlier!

Extremely sad to hear they're shutting down. I don't know where I can buy such healthy prepacked meals that also taste good now.

This meal service is a great fit for you if you -are working on portion control -are busy and want an easy solution to meal prep -are trying to combat food waste -don’t like cooking or don’t have enough time to *always* cook -enjoy high quality prep ingredients -enjoy having a variety of flavors to choose from each week -want to support a local *woman owned* business -are an active, athletic person -are willing to pay for what you get This is NOT for you if you -want something cheap -need every single meal in your life to be different than the last -absolutely require rich and fatty foods/flavors When using a service or product, you have three main categories: good, cheap, and fast/convenient. You can choose 2/3 of these. This service is not cheap, but there’s a reason. My husband and I are impressed by and love this service and will continue to use it! The service is flexible to your needs and can be changed weekly. Also— the containers are 100% compostable! (That was honestly the sell for me.) Thanks, NW Fit Meals!

I've been going to Northwest Fit Meals since 2013 when they had a shared kitchen in Redmond. They now own their own kitchen, which happens to be my aunt and uncle's old Thai Restaurant space before he retired, and to make things even better is that they now have two store fronts for grab-and-go's! Super convenient, the service is great, the food is always A1 (chef's kiss), and the team are good peoples so it's always a vibe; all good energy, love them! You can always count on the beautiful menu, which takes time and effort. So, it's always exciting to see what new items and even old items come into rotation. My personal favorite is the Korean Beef Bowl because who doesn't like Korean food lol.

This meal prep company is a hidden gem! All of the food I've tried has been excellent! The quality of the food is superior to any meal prep companies I've tried. These meals are worth everg single penny. I'm so happy I found this company. It's helped me with keeping on track with my nutrition and the service is amazing! I highly recommend and regret not trying them sooner!

I was hesitant about trying a "meal service" but NW Fit Meals have been awesome for our busy family - even my picky eaters like the food, I love that I have plentiful gluten free, fresh, quality-ingredient options every week. The meals are tasty and filling and have helped us lose weight and save time ad money over home-cooked or take out meals. These are WAY better than pre-processed or frozen options, no bulky packaging waste, reliable delivery, good communication. Highly recommend trying these!
